In a Herbal Medicine Consultation, you will be asked a series of questions about your current state of health, a brief medical history will be taken & medication & supplements will be noted. You will recieve a differential diagnosis according to Classical Chinese Medicine & this will be explained to you so you understand how you have ended up in your current health situation & how to move forwards to regain health with food, exercises, lifestyle & herbs.

After your consultation a herbal prescription will be written for you & sent to you directly at home within 48 working hours. The prescription will be in concentrated powder form & can be capsulated upon request. Concentrated powders are an efficient & easy way to take Chinese herbs.

You may need a Follow up appointment depending on your situation, this may be in two weeks or a month. Your current symptoms & any changes will be discussed & herbal prescription adjusted.

Existing Patient Cold, Flu & Hayfever Support is an online meeting, available to all existing patients who have had an appointment within the last year. There will be a brief discussion of symptoms & any new medication being taken. You will be prescribed Chinese herbs which work exceptionally well to soothe a sore throat, help expectorate mucus & ease a cough. You will also be advised on specific foods to support recovery. Local medicinal plants can also be recommended if you have an interest in learning a little Herbal Medicine for yourself.
